Historic Setting
Spring Cottage B&B occupies a Grade II listed 17th century building in the village of Probus. The property features a south-facing garden with colorful views and outdoor relaxation space. Two double en-suite letting rooms are available, each with private bathrooms and access to a shared snug with tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast and Dining
Daily breakfasts are cooked using locally sourced ingredients, including home-made American-style pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. David keeps 60 bee hives around the cottage and sells honey from the hives at the B&B. Freshly baked cream tea is offered to all guests upon arrival.

David is a trained massage therapist and offers massage treatments to guests during their stay. The hosts provide personalized service with local knowledge and recommendations for dining and attractions. A warm welcome includes a cream tea and a conversation about the area.
